Olamide Adedeji popularly known as (Olamide Baddo) is a Nigerian Hip hop singer and songwriter born on 15th March 1989 at Bariga, Lagos state Nigeria. He attended his elementary and secondary education in Lagos. The Super star later graduated from Tai Solarin University where he studied mass communication as a part time student. He later decided to pursue a career in music, when asked why music. He said: “I found out I was gifted in it.
He was signed by ID Cabasa's coded tunez record label and was managed by industry heavy weight, Toni Payne, he release his first album in 2011 under coded tunez with 16 tracks comprises of the hit track tited “Eni Duro” the super star left coded tunez in earlier 2012. Later in November 2012, Olamide drop his second album titled “YBNL” under his own imprint YBNL Nation the album production was handled by Tyrone, Samklef, Pheelz, 2 kriss and ID cabasa. The album was supported by the singles “First of all”, “Voice of the street”, “stupid love” and “illefo illuminati” the hit songs gain massive airplay and boosted the super star career.
On 7th Novmber 2013, he released his third studio album “Baddest Guy Ever Liveth” which included hit songs like Durosoke and Yemi my lover. The album later followed by “Street OT”, “2 Kings”, “Eyan Mayweather” and “the Glory”
On 17th July 2013 the super star signed an endorsement deal with Ciroc making him the first Nigeria to bang endorsement deal with them.
On October same year he signed a multi-million naira deal with Guinness Nigeria which followed by 50 Million Naira Etisalat Endorsement deal making him the ambassador of Nigeria Telecom Gaint alongside Ice prince. In 2015 he signed a multi-million naira endorsement deal with Sure Bet, Recently in 2017 he became an ambassador of sterling Bank Plc.
